2017 Scholarships to Westborough High School Students

Westborough Education Foundation 2017 Scholarships

The Westborough Education Foundation (WEF) is a private non-profit organization dedicated to providing financial support for projects and programs that expand educational opportunities, foster and stimulate creativity, and enhance the excellence of academic experiences for Westborough students. This year, WEF will award two $500 scholarships. In order to be considered a candidate, you must be a Westborough resident who is a senior in high school and plans to attend college. The winners of the $500 scholarships will be seniors who best show a passion for learning and furthering their education, as determined by the WEF scholarship committee.

 

The WEF scholarship application is available for students who meet the following criteria:

  • You are a Westborough resident.
  • You are in good academic standing.
  • You have proof of acceptance to a college, trade or business school.
  • You are an individual who seeks to better themselves through continuing education and you contribute to your community as well as through involvement in extracurricular activities.

Interested candidates can pick up an application at the following locations:

 

 

 

The WEF scholarship committee will determine which student best meets the WEF criteria. The scholarships will be awarded at the Westborough High School graduation ceremonies
